The organization's employees are professional lawyers - advocates. The Clinic also employs volunteer trainees from legal universities of the Kyrgyz Republic. After graduation, many express a desire to work at the Clinic. Graduates of law faculties are recruited annually.

Many of them obtain their licenses to work as attorneys and are actively involved in projects implemented by the organization. In addition, many of them are subsequently successfully hired to work in international and government organizations.
