In November 2011 was initiated a draft of Law "On foreign (international) grant aid (assistance) to the Kyrgyz Republic" by the members of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The stated draft of the Law raises serious concerns on the part of civil society of the Kyrgyz Republic and international organizations on the reason of attempt to restrict the activities of NGOs and to introduce control over their activities by the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Legal Clinic “Adilet” has made a legal analysis the draft of Law, purpose of which is evaluation the draft of Law to:
1) The Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the legal system and Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) The International agreements (treaties), where the Kyrgyz Republic is a party to, generally recognized rules and standards of international law;
3) The rules of Law drafting and making up, including requirements of the legislative techniques and a logistic structure of the rule of law.
