Complete implementation of the legal state principles is an ideal that is difficult to achieve, but one should strive for it and take concrete rational steps towards it. Reality demonstrates that currently principles of legal state are to the largest extent implemented in most of European countries, as well as in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan and many other states. Experience shows that successful development of the country can only be achieved within the framework of implementation of elements of the legal state, including the economic and social spheres of the country.
