This Memory card is executed in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Refugees” (No.44 as of March 25, 2002) and the Work with Refugees Provision, approved by Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 188 as of April 4, 2003, and is intended for persons who applied for refugee status in the Kyrgyz Republic (asylumseekers). It contains information on their rights and obligations, as well as information on the authorized body, procedure for applying and order of consideration of applications for refugee status.
